McCaul Nelson is a dedicated attorney focusing on estate planning and administration. McCaul received her undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill in 2015 and worked in fundraising and compliance before starting her legal education in 2021 at Campbell University School of Law (J.D. 2024). While in law school, she completed her Masters in Trust and Wealth Management from the Campbell University School of Business and served on the school's Pro Bono Council and Honor Court. Known for approachable demeanor and commitment to compassionate guidance, McCaul aims to build lifelong relationships with clients. She believes in treating any client that walks into her door as if they were her parent, grandparent, or best friend. And she always wants to hear about your kids, grandkids, pets, and learn something new about you!
McCaul volunteers on the Wedding Committee at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral, fosters dogs with Charley's K-9 Rescue, and uses her fundraising experience to support the Me Fine Foundation, which provides support for families of pediatric patients in medical crisis situations. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing mahjong, traveling with her husband, and taking their dog, Cricket, to Dorothea Dix Park.
