When I moved to North Carolina, I had no idea that my language skills would come in handy. I spent many years of my life learning Chinese and Japanese and was thrilled to find so many Chinese and Japanese people here in the Triangle. Although I am not fluent, (it has been far too long) I know enough to make life-long friends and have meaningful conversations. And there are a lot of meaningful conversations that need to take place to create an estate plan that really works. Having lived in several countries as a foreigner myself, I have an appreciation of the many difficulties created by language barriers. If you know of anyone who needs estate planning in North Carolina who speaks Chinese or Japanese, please send them to me, Deb Rasmussen! Free consultations are available on my website www.rsmlawteam.com or call 919-335-6300.
